RESERVATIONS

Our online booking system offers real-time availability, easy reservation and instant confirmation. With online booking, you can schedule your appointment at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If booking for multiple services or for more than 2 clients, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to ensure your appointment. No charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed.

CANCELLATIONS
We know that life happens, but please give us at least 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel or reschedule. ( It doesn’t feel good to be stood up. So please, no ghosting! ). We provide email/text message reminders as a courtesy to you. Please confirm your appointment when you receive the confirmation message. If you do not confirm at least 24 hours in advance your appointment will be cancelled.

If you are not feeling well and have an appointment scheduled, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a future date. Please send a text or call at (818) 854-0377. You can also email your request at hello@greenloversnails.com

SANITATION
Proudly provide each client with a new nail file, buffer, and wood stick in which they may take with them at the end of their service. Otherwise, they will be discarded.

GIFT CARDS
e-Gift cards are emailed immediately upon purchase. Simply print out to use or give as a gift, or email directly to a gift recipient. Great for last minute gifts! Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and not replaced if lost or stolen. Must be presented at the time of your visit. Non Refundable.

PAYMENT
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover cards and cash. Please note, all payments made by credit card will receive a digital receipt/confirmation via email or text message. Sorry, but checks are not accepted.

DOGS
We love dogs, but unless they are a service dog with proper identification please leave them at home.

RETURN POLICY
Unused boutique items may be returned with a receipt within 7 days of purchase for exchange or salon credit. For hygiene purposes, all cosmetic products including nail lacquers and nail lacquer removers sold are non-refundable.

PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost or misplaced.
